Understand when downloaded videos include a WickyX watermark and when WX+ removes it.
Watermark rules
Downloads can include a WickyX watermark for standard accounts.
WX+ accounts can download without the watermark where the feature is enabled.
If a download fails
- Check that the post or moment is still available.
- Try again after a short wait.
- Update WickyX or refresh the page if the download button seems stuck.
- Confirm whether the account has WX+ if watermark-free download is expected.
- Contact support with the content link and the exact error if the same item keeps failing.
