When to open a ticket
Open a support ticket when guides do not solve the problem or when an issue affects account access, safety, billing, or platform reliability.
What to include
- Your username and account email if relevant.
- A short description of what happened.
- The page, room, post, moment, stream, or DM where it happened.
- Screenshots or exact error messages.
- The approximate time and timezone.
Safety tickets
For harassment, impersonation, scams, or harmful content, include links and avoid engaging further with the account if possible.
