If the code does not arrive
Delivery can be affected by spam filters, mailbox rules, or a typo in the email address.
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Make sure your email address is typed correctly.
- Wait a minute before requesting a new code.
- If you use a custom domain email, confirm the mailbox can receive external mail.
